What fleet branding costs in Johannesburg
Each vehicle is priced on its size and coverage, using the guide prices in the table. The fleet discount of 10% to 25% then comes off, depending on how many vehicles you are branding. Fleets that pay in full upfront get a further 5% off.
For example, five bakkies with logo and contact decals at R2,500 each cost R12,500. At a 10% fleet discount that comes to R11,250. Otherwise we take a 50% deposit before work starts and the balance on completion.

Planning a fleet rollout
A fleet looks organised when every vehicle carries the same brand. One van with an old logo, another in different colours and a third left plain make a business look less established than it is.
We start with one design for the business, then adapt it to each vehicle type in the fleet. You approve a mockup for each type before anything is printed.
We come to your premises or depot and fit up to two vehicles a day, so the fleet comes off the road in batches and the rest keep working. Because the design is already approved, vehicles you add later can be branded to match the ones already on the road.

Johannesburg sits at around 1,750 metres, and work vehicles here spend long days in strong sun, summer storms, dust on site roads and cold winter mornings. Cheap vinyl and rushed fitting fade, lift at the edges and peel long before the branding has paid for itself.
We use brands such as Avery Dennison and Metamark. Full wraps and curved panels get cast vinyl, which stretches into recesses and holds its shape. Decals and flatter panels can use polymeric vinyl, which costs less. Printed graphics are laminated to protect the colours from UV and light scratches.

Fleets get 10% to 25% off our standard prices, depending on the number of vehicles. Your quote shows the discount for your fleet.
Is there a discount for paying upfront?
Yes. Fleets that pay in full upfront get a further 5% off. Otherwise we take a 50% deposit before work starts and the balance on completion.
How many vehicles can you fit a day?
Up to two vehicles a day, depending on the coverage. Decals take a few hours a vehicle, a part wrap about a day and a full SUV wrap about two days, so we plan the batches around your fleet.
Can you brand different vehicle types to match?
Yes. We design one look for the business and adapt it to each vehicle type, so a bakkie, a panel van and a truck still read as the same company.
What happens when we add vehicles later?
The approved fleet design is the starting point, so new vehicles can be branded to match the rest of the fleet without starting the design again.
Can I see the design before committing?
Yes. We prepare a free design mockup for each vehicle type so you can approve the fleet design before anything is printed.
Is there a warranty?
Our fitting carries a one-year fitting warranty, on top of the vinyl manufacturer’s warranty on the material. We confirm both with your quote.
